Des exemptions particuli\u00e8res s\u2019appliquent aux organisations internationales non gouvernementales, en particulier en ce qui concerne les frais de demande de visa B1 annuels et la double obligation de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.\u00a0Ceci est pertinent pour les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif en Isra\u00ebl qui cherchent \u00e0 amener des repr\u00e9sentants pour aider \u00e0 coordonner les activit\u00e9s de l’organisation pour les volontaires se rendant en Isra\u00ebl en coop\u00e9ration avec le programme Overseas Volunteers du minist\u00e8re du Travail, des Affaires sociales et des Services sociaux.<\/p>\n

CRIT\u00c8RES D’\u00c9LIGIBILIT\u00c9 POUR LES \u00c9TABLISSEMENTS \u00c0 BUT NON LUCRATIF \u00c9TRANGERS EN ISRA\u00cbL<\/b><\/h4>\n

Pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l’exemption \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 but non lucratif en Isra\u00ebl (en particulier: pour les frais de candidature et le double salaire requis), vous devez remplir les conditions suivantes du\u00a0minist\u00e8re<\/a>\u00a0isra\u00e9lien\u00a0du Travail, des Affaires sociales et des Services sociaux<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

– L’organisation doit \u00eatre une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif
\n– L’organisation doit \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger
\n– L’organisation ne doit effectuer aucune activit\u00e9 missionnaire en Isra\u00ebl
\n– L’organisation ne doit pas encourager l’incitation \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl
\n– L’organisation doit remplir les conditions du programme de volontaires \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger du minist\u00e8re du travail, des\u00a0affaires sociales et des\u00a0services sociaux
\n-L’organisation doit fournir au moins un s\u00e9minaire pour les\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9voles avant de\u00a0venir en Isra\u00ebl et au moins un s\u00e9minaire au\u00a0cours de\u00a0leur s\u00e9jour en Isra\u00ebl
\n-L’organisation doit employer un repr\u00e9sentant pour accompagner les\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ,\u00a0il contribue au b\u00e9n\u00e9volat \u00e0 l’\u00a0\u00e9tranger Programme et qui entretient des contacts avec le minist\u00e8re du Travail, des Affaires sociales et des Services sociaux<\/p>\n

DOCUMENTS RELATIFS \u00c0 L’EXEMPTION DE TAXE POUR LES ONG INTERNATIONALES EN ISRA\u00cbL<\/b><\/h4>\n

Si votre organisation r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res ci-dessus, les documents suivants doivent \u00eatre soumis:<\/p>\n

– Lettre de demande d’exemption
\n– Les documents d’enregistrement officiels de l’organisation du pays \u00e9tranger
\n– Le CV du repr\u00e9sentant et une photocopie de son passeport –
\nUn document Excel compl\u00e9t\u00e9 fournissant des informations sur le nombre d’employ\u00e9s \u00e9trangers dans l’organisation ayant re\u00e7u le visa B1, le nombre de travailleurs isra\u00e9liens employ\u00e9s de l’organisation, d\u00e9tails sur l’organisation (date et lieu d’\u00e9tablissement, objectifs principaux, activit\u00e9s, contributions en Isra\u00ebl, etc.), informations sur le programme de volontariat, informations sur le repr\u00e9sentant et leur importance pour le poste: ainsi que les responsabilit\u00e9s qu’ils auront<\/p>\n
